Verna wheat and its flavours
Friday, October 29 will be an evening to discover the ancient wheat Verna, produced in our organic farm.
- Selection of breadsticks, sandwiches and schiacciatine made of Verna wheat, served with cold cuts of the Val d'Orcia and Pecorini di Pienza
- Ballerine pasta with Pienza cheese and pepper
- Pumpkin Ravioli with crispy rigatino
- Castagnaccio, chestnut crepe

WILD BOAR TASTING
Friday, November 12th, will be a special evening with the a series of recipes with wild boar of our hunting reserve.
- Wild boar terrine
- Ravioli with wild boar cooked at low temperature and citrus butter con burro agli agrumi
- Wild Boar leg cooked at low temperature and Wild boar stew
- Chocolate Mousse
The price of the menu is 50 € per person
